SHIPPING

• All orders (with exceptions; see made to order information above and below) are expected to ship within 5-10 business days

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships

• For domestic (USA) orders, delivery usually occurs between 1-7 business days after your package has shipped

• For most international orders, delivery usually occurs 10-12 business days after your package has shipped

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• We offer full refunds on all orders.

• Returns for store credit and/or exchanges must occur within 14 days from date of purchase
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as they were received

EXCHANGES

• Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged, with the exception of apparel exchanges for sizing purposes

• If you need to initiate an exchange, please email us with your order number and request or use the form below

REFUNDS

• We offer full refunds on all orders returned within the 14 day time frame, as long as they are unused/unworn.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

• At that time we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If your refund is rejected we will send your order back to you

• Your refund will be issued via your payment method

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable

ON SALE AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

• Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange

• Items purchased during a storewide sale and/or with a discount code cannot be returned or exchanged
